Every submitted property is automatically analyzed by ARIS — our Real Estate Intelligence System. ARIS scores the opportunity and identifies which investors in the Amanah network are the best match for your property.

Your property is compared against the preferences of every investor in our network. Matched investors are notified confidentially. You'll see how many investors are interested without any identities being revealed.

Interested investors may request an independent site visit or due diligence report. You approve every request individually. Amanah coordinates the scheduling and logistics.

Sellers agree to provide reasonable access once due diligence is approved. Buyers agree to complete their review within the stated period. Amanah ensures both parties are protected throughout.
