Pro Listing commissions: When you refer a contractor, plumber, electrician, or any service professional to AmanahList and they create a paid Pro Listing, you earn $1.00 every month they stay on the $7.75/month plan — the same structure as a property listing. If they pay annually, you earn 10% of the $72.50 ($7.25). If they also unlock video uploads for $5, you earn an additional $0.50. When a contractor you refer earns from Amanah-assigned jobs, you earn 10% of their take — on top of your monthly listing commission. These commissions are passive — you earn every time they renew.

🏆 The Attribution Ladder — Keep Earning Longer
Every referral is credited to you for 6 months. Hit the volume rungs below and that window keeps stretching:
- 600 listings in your first 6 months — your attribution window extends by another 6 months.
- 300 fresh listings in the next 3 months — everything, including the original referrals, extends another 3 months.
- 200 fresh listings in the next 2 months — extends another 2 months, and that rung repeats for as long as you keep hitting it.
The 900 residual tail: reach 900 qualifying listings during the first 6 + 3 months and, once all your extensions finally run out, that exact cohort keeps paying you 50% of commissions for 3 more months, then 25% for 3 months after that.
How the cookie works
Your referral link stays active for 6 months, plus every extension you earn on the ladder above. Anyone who clicks your link and then submits a listing, purchases an ARIS report, or signs up as a contractor within that window — you earn the commission automatically. No follow-up needed.
Property listing launch offer: Every property listing posted by October 14 gets its own 30 days free, regardless of how many are posted. A temporary card verification hold is released immediately. Video creation and uploads remain paid add-ons.
Individual vs. company rate: a personal account lists its first 15 properties at $7.75/mo. Listing 16 and beyond — and every listing on a company account — bills at the $15.75/mo company rate, and pays you $2.50/mo instead of $1.00/mo. It keeps pricing fair for the single landlord while rewarding you more for bringing on a real portfolio.

That work is simple oversight: putting the listing up when it needs to be up, taking it down when it needs to be down, and editing or refreshing it — price, photos, description, availability — whenever something changes. Every listing can be edited by the account holder while it's live, so nothing here requires special access.
Important — you are a marketing agent, not a listing agent. You do not negotiate, represent a party in a transaction, advise on price or terms, show property, or do anything else that requires a real estate license.
